Bruce Weil
Bruce Weil has been a teacher with Cincinnati Public Schools for 18 years
and has been with Clark since it's inception 12 years ago.
He enjoys working with students to create a blend of lively music and
social responsibility.
He has composed and arranged steel drum music for five CD's. Two of these
were for the Over the Rhine Steel Band's Collaborama, and Play It Again.
Two others were for Clark Montessori's Follow Your Hearts and Music in
Our Blood and the other was for Bacchanal Steel Band's Standard.
His education includes a B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.A.
from Ohio State and courses in conducting and theory from CCM.
In free time, he loves to walk, read, ride bikes with his wife Laurie,
write letters to the editor, observe clouds and play with his two daughters,
Julia and Mei Li.

Joshua Roderer
Josh Roderer has taught in Cincinnati Public Schools since 2005.
Prior to that, he held positions as an Assistant Band Director at Centerville High School, Director of Bands at Colerain High School, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Wright State University where he taught courses in conducting, marching band methods, and applied clarinet. At Wright State he also served as Director of the Concert Band.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Wright State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Miami University.
Currently he serves as a consultant for the Mason High School Marching Band and is an active member of the Ohio Music Education Association. In addition to his experiences in the field of music education, he has played both clarinet and saxophone professionally and been featured on CD recordings with John McClure and David Dusing and was the musical director for Showbiz players.
He was an original member and Education Committee Chair for Mayor Mark Mallory’s Young Professionals’ Kitchen Cabinet.

Caitie Linger
Caitie Linger has the pleasure of directing both the Clark Montessori Jr. High and Sr. High Choirs. Mrs. Linger fills the rest of her day with teaching guitar, drama and general music. She has been teaching music for the past 18 years. Mrs. Linger received her BS in Music Education from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. While not at school, she enjoys singing with her church choir, gardening and spending time with her husband and three children.
