Cashier Hours at Clark Montessori
Cashier Barb Barnett will be available for financial payments at the times listed below.
Mrs. Barnett's office is located on the first floor of the North Wing across from Community 200.

| Tuesday | 8:15am - 3:45pm (Closed 12:00 - 12:30) |
| Wednesday | 8:15am - 3:45pm (Closed 12:00 - 12:30) |
| Thursday | 8:15am - 3:45pm (Closed 12:00 - 12:30) |
| Friday | 7:00am - 2:30pm (Closed 11:00 - 11:30) |
Please understand that these are the only times that payments can be accepted at Clark.
Paying CPS and Other School Fees by Personal Check at Clark Montessori
Personal checks can be accepted for CPS and other school fees after a small procedure.
Before your first payment of a school fee by personal check:
- Come into school with a driver's license or state ID with picture and visit our Treasurer Barb Barnett.
- Ms. Barnett will make a copy of the ID and keep it on file in the school Treasurer's office.
- EACH TIME you'd like to pay a fee by check, please download the form at the link below.
- You can then send the check - with the completed form - by mail or with your student.
That's it!
Please repeat the process if your infomation changes (renew license or ID, move to a new address, last name if married, etc.).
