Volunteerism is a cornerstone of the Clark program. And that begins with parents lending their time and talent on at least one school committee. Tell us your interests, skills & passion and we will match you to a rewarding volunteer role!
Instructional Leadership Team (ILT)
ILT is a school committee mandated by Cincinnati Public Schools which is made up of teacher representatives from all content areas, non-teaching staff, civil service representatives, the Cincinnati Federation of Teachers building representative, principal, assistant principal and two parents. ILT members share leadership and are responsible to make decisions in the following areas:
- Develop, review and evaluate the instructional program
- School operations and procedures
- Staff training
- All School budgets
- Safe and orderly school environment
- Perform all responsibilities assigned by the CFT Contract
Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 3:45.
Families for Clark
This committee organizes educational events for parents; build a strong volunteer program to engage parents & families to serve on at least one (1) school committee. Contact: Yolanda Lawson at firstname.lastname@example.org
Student Fundraising Committee
This group organizes & lead a fundraiser that will help your student & all students raise their money for Field Study experiences. Help to find & bring “new” student fundraising opportunities to Clark. Parents can volunteer for the following events--and co-chair persons are needed for many of the events.
- Bengals' and UC Games concessions
- Thanksgiving Pie Sale - Clark’s largest Student Fundraising event
- La Rosa's or Papa John's pizza card sales (Parent Volunteer currently needed to run this)
- Yard Sale - held in the school’s cafeteria
- Wreath Sale
Meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month in the Clark cafetorium at 7pm to support the Clark Music Program

Annual Fund Committee
This committee helps organize & implement Clark’s Annual Fund by making phone calls, organizing social events, and encouraging everyone in the community to participate.

Spring Fling Committee
This group secures auction items and organizes logistics for the major fundraiser benefitting the Athletic and Music Programs.
Volunteers are needed to write grant proposals benefitting Clark programs & students.

Juior High Scholarships Committee
If you have a junior high student, help lead efforts to raise funds for the trip to Andros Island.

Post-secondary Planning Center
The counselors in this important resource center always need help with filing and organizing.

This vital department needs all kinds of help at different times; one of the biggest needs is for parents to staff the Clark Concession stand and the Admissions table at sporting events.

In order for Clark to stay strong in the future, we need the help of Clark alumni to build ongoing support for Clark by organizing alumni events. Encourage the Clark graduates you know to become part of this effort.
