Principal's Letter

HS Parents-

When we shifted to four block days per week in order to extend student learning time, students and staff discussed at length which day would be best to have all classes meet. We decided to try different approaches during this first year. During our first semester, Friday was that day. During 3rd quarter, we will test Mondays as the day when all classes meet. At the end of the quarter, staff and students will determine which is the best approach.

3rd quarter weekly schedule:

Monday - all bells meet

Tuesday - "Even block day" (2, 4, 5, 6)

Wednesday - "Odd block day" (1, 3, 5, 7)

Thursday - "Even block day" (2, 4, 5, 6)

Friday - "Odd block day" (1, 3, 5, 7)

4-day weeks (Including our first three weeks back!)

Monday - no school

Tuesday - all bells meet

Wednesday - "Odd block day" (1, 3, 5, 7)

Thursday - "Even block day" (2, 4, 5, 6)

Friday - all bells meet
