Principal’s Letter

Dear Clark Families,

Our Senior Project night was an outstanding success! Seniors shared their hard work and intellect in a huge array of impressive projects. Many thanks to our students, parents, and teachers for their hard work. I’d like to recognize several of our current and former teachers for making a splash in recent weeks: Jo Guido and Craig Rush were both nominated for the Cincinnati Public Schools’ Hawkins teacher of the year award; Jo Guido emerged as the winner – congratulations! Mary Gibson has been selected as an “Emerging Leader” by the American Montessori Society;  Carl Wiers ran an amazing race at the Flying Pig Marathon, and qualified for the Boston Marathon; and Marta Donahoe, our school's co founder was awarded the AMS "Living Legacy"!

"The unknown energy that can help humanity is that which lies hidden in the child.” Maria Montessori

As an extra bonus, we’d like to invite you to look at this blog entry about Montessori adolescents. https://www.montessoridaoshi.com/single-post/2018/05/04/Concentration-in-the-Third-Plane
